That Choice Glimpse

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have a card in my hand that's clearer than your crystal ball. Be jealous.

Not only do I know what I will do after I graduate a school that can only be described as heavenly, I know how to get there, and what will happen afterwards. You see, my future has been written by pharaoh himself, and his challenge for me is this. He dares me to challenge the comfort he has placed before me.

You see, my internship will pave the way. And those who know me will know where it is, and those who do not... well, let's just say that you do not find many Studio Art Majors there. But here is the real seller. Aceun? Yeah! Remember him. The main character of my book (which has gone through a dramatic title change) is now beginning to see his own conclusion. That's right, the third book in this cryptic series is finally being planned out. After all the planning is done, the writing begins.

And why is it that at a school nearly divine, could I not muster up the motivation to write? Perhaps I wrote too much, drew too much, danced too much, was creative... too much. And now, when my job demands the opposite, I feel compelled to move forward creatively. Is this that glimpse?

And it is not only my future that I have seen. As the newly proclaimed Sony Fanboy, what with my new PSP and humongous PS3, I wait anxiously to see this week past (yay e3) to see if Sony is back in the game. With a $100 price drop and a newly announced 80gb bundled with motorstorm... it seems that things might be looking up. Or am I really just more excited that lair is almost near so I won't have to flick my sixaxis to hear Harry Potter say "Wingardium Leviosa" again?

Or is it that I have dropped comic books like a sack of potatoes. No longer do they give me the joy they once did. Have summer movies intoxicated me with their sudden allure? For some reason, every week I have gone to the movies, I have left impressed. There are too many new things, and too many decisions, and too many sides to choose.

I'm not going to conclude today.
